An educator (teaching IT strategy, automation and transformation) in a top-tier Executive MBA Program, Steve also holds an MBA degree in Finance and IT, plus a Bachelors in Economics. Also served as an instructor for international consultancies, teaching global Executives the strategy of business transformation through technology innovation and process automation, including IoT, generative AI, intelligent automation and AI/ML.

- Designed and implemented AI-driven automation programs for multiple financial services institutions to enable creation of new digital products, delivery of omnichannel marketing programs and implementation of digital workplaces to streamline workflow.
- Serves as an Advisor and Board member for multiple FinTech, HealthTech, Venture Capital and Private Equity companies and provides consultation to drive optimization of business operations and P&L enhancement through AI.
- Assessed, designed and implemented digital customer service strategy and architecture for multiple global companies. The projects included an assessment of current state, design of a future state and development of a roadmap and business case for people / process / technology transformation to leverage generative AI and intelligent automation.
