Steve is a seasoned technology and business leader with deep experience across financial services, healthcare, insurance, logistics, and construction. As a former CIO, CTO, and Chief Digital Officer, he has led enterprise-scale digital transformations and AI-driven automation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
An educator and author, Steve teaches IT strategy and transformation in a top-tier Executive MBA program and has written extensively on AI, automation, and business innovation. He holds an MBA in Finance and IT, a Bachelor's in Economics, and certifications including IMS and CPCM.
