Accelyst may suspend accounts for violation or security concerns.

3. Enterprise Accounts

Where accounts are required:

• Users must protect login credentials
• The account owner is responsible for actions taken under their account
• Accelyst is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All technology, tools, workflows, models, design elements, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Accelyst, LLC.

Enterprise clients retain ownership over:

• Their own data
• Uploaded files and documents
• System outputs belonging to their workflows

5. Data Processing

Users acknowledge that:

• Accelyst processes workflow data to provide AI functionality
• Audit logs and forensic traces are generated for compliance purposes
• Sensitive data (including PHI, where applicable) is processed under contractual safeguards

6. Availability

Accelyst strives for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." Accelyst disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted:

• Accelyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Accelyst's total liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant service contract

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
